Wild varieties are a very seasonally orientated crop and our suppliers get them from all over the world including USA, Canada, Morocco and the Eastern block countries, they also get offers from other EU countries on a day to day basis, varieties like, Cepe, Morilles, Trompette, Mousseron, Mousseron Violette and St. George, Girolle, Pied De Mouton, Chanterelles grey and Yellow, to name just some of the multitude of varieties we get offered.

With the cultivated varieties a more ready and regular supply are available, from a cultivated mix through to nice white button. Varieties like Shitaki or Lentin, Pleurot Yellow and Grey (some people call these Oyster), Pied Bleu, Judas Ear and the range of Japanese, Enoki, Shimeji Brown and White and the King Oyster Eryngii.

Dried Mushrooms are available all year in a mixed tub,also Cepes, Trompette, and Morels.


We stock summer Truffles in tins, Whole Brushed, Whole peeled, and Peelings. We get offered fresh whenever they are available including the White from Italy and dark from Burgundy, call for availability.
